Black straps on slide

We have a broken black plastic strap on our large slide (strap holds wires and hoses up out of the way) and was wondering if anyone knew what they might actually be called (as if there might be some high-tech label) or even better, where one could be had.

FYI, usually, if broken at flex point, re-connect using a common flat door hinge.

I only know this because 1) happened to me 2) saw it on the forums.
Sometimes, if broken on the non-pivot end, you can simply put more screws in the end if long enough. If in a bend point, need the hinge.

I had fixed mine with the hinge when it broke and it lasted right up till I sold the trailer, about 8 years.

I used a piece of heavy rubber mud flap to fix mine. Stays nice and flexible
