A/C drains

The drain holes on the pans that catch the a/c condensation are rather small. That increases the likihood of clogging. I’d like to increase the hole side and connect tubing and run to low point on roof. I’d do it on both sides and cover with eternabond.
Any suggestions, links or pics of what to use?

Sounds like an improvement, but have not seen/heard of a drain being fashioned. I haven't even looked at the ones on my ACs...hope someone comes up with a workable solution.
