Inside bedroom slide mechanism

Since I last posted I now have a Keystone Cougar 39 ft. Today I removed the mattress and the plywood underneath exposing the bedroom slider mechanism. All's dry and clean. So before I button it back up I figure I do yearly maintainance and lube it.
My question is:
What type of lube should I use? There are 2 metal channels that the slidout moves in and out of square "pipes". Similar to the front landing jacks except horizontal. A dry lube maybe?
What about the screw that turnes to make the slide out move?

Thanks in advance,

pterrydactyl

Not familiar with that type slide--but you surely don't want any lube that will attract dirt.
A dry silicone spray may work.
