Noise in hot water system

Recently, just after we used our washer in our rig, whenever we open and run the hot water there is a noise that seems to be coming from the water manifold or water tank.The water pressure seems fine and the noise happens no matter what hot water tap we open. Any ideas out there?

Had the same noise for over 4 years. I was told it was a check valve on the tank exit. Makes noise but works perfectly for me.
