Question Bike rack

We began full-timing in a DRV a month ago. We would like to take our two bicycles with us but don't know how to transport them. We have a 2" hitch receiver on the back so am thinking a bike rack could be mounted there. However, the ladder sticks out about 8" from the back wall and looks like it would interfere with a bike rack. I'm curious as to how others transport their bikes.

I have a Thule T2 to transport my bikes on the rear. I bought an 8" receiver extension to move the bikes away from the rear.
