Battery charging question

I have a 5vr with a dual battery setup. I have something wrong with the electrical system and want to charge the batteries (will not charge through 110 - blows circuit on house). Can I just hook up my charger (set on 12v - deep cycle) to ONE of the batteries? Will this charge BOTH of them? I have a 12v disconnect on the trailer and it's in the off position. Thanks for your help.

You need to hook to pos on one and neg on the other to get even charge thou bothe batteris. Sounds like you have a problem with the trailer converter/charger so be sure your 12V disconected.

Hobo, thanks. It is going to the dealer soon. I just need to get the slides in before I can tow it!
