Power Stop Truck & tow brake kits??

Has anyone installed a "Power Stop brake kit" on their truck to enhance braking while towing??. I have a Ford 02 ,7.3 diesel 4 wd crew cab. I read about this in Diesel Power magazine ,web site : autoanything.com. They claim a 15% gain in braking over stock replacement parts. Any info out there !!

DH added a BD exhaust brake on a 99 1/2 F350 7.3 extended cab shortly after we bought it. The Ford dealer added it for us. Mainly because we had a new Fleetwood Caribou TC and wanted the extra stopping power with the load. The only other thing we towed was a U-haul trailer. So never tested it on anything heavier than the truck camper.

We added the Banks Speed Brake on our 2010 F450. Which also required us to add the IQ Tuner. Any Exhaust brake definitely makes a difference in stopping power. Not sure what larger brake pads alone would do.
