questions concering Mobile Suites 33RS3

Ok, I just bought a used Mobile Suites 33RS3. We love it, but I do not have the owners manual so I have the following questions:

1) How can I get a manual ?

2) How do I turn on the small safety light by the bedroom steps ?

3) What is the switch labeled "Light" on the monitor panel in the front closet for ?
