Old Gear crank landing gear help

Hi everyone!
I'm new here, I know this isnt how one typcially introduces themself...But I need help and Im in a hurry, I work tomrrow and my truck is stuck to my 5th wheel.


I have a 1977 Fleetwood Prowler and the landing gears are over retracted.
How to I reset them??


Please help...anyone.

Not familiar with the old systems. But blocking and bottle jacks will get you raised off the truck. Good luck.
