So, I had a problem with the furnace in my 2016 Cougar 327RES and that was fixed in Mt. Vernon, WA. But somewhere in the repair process I lost the ability to charge my cell phone from the USB ports.

I'm home now and checked the two plugs and the 12 volt socket and there is no power with a volt/ohm meter. The batteries are at full charge and the battery switch is in the "on"position.

I check all fuses inside the RV and in the storage compartment and all are intact.

The lack of power is still there even when on 50 amp service.

ANY ideas as to what I might try to check next?

From last June to now, no suggestions for you...guess we all missed it back then.
What was the problem?
Thanks,
Joe

No USB power problem fixed.

In the past I think I commented that I was having heater issues with it blowing fuses. I recently had several things done on the F/W. I mentioned the no USB problem to the RV tech. Apparently when the heater was serviced the power supply line to the charging station was cut. He reconnected it and its working .

Thanks for asking and all the help.
