Landing gear issue

Trying to raise my camper and I getting sound (see video) and camper won't raise. Lowers fine. I checked the gears on top of both legs and they are not stripped. Could it be the gearbox? Both rear Jack's are up as well. What to do?

It sounds like the gear box on the landing gear is broken. We had the same thing happen with our Cameo two years ago. Our solution was to (a) replace both landing gear, and (b) to upgrade the system from one motor driving both landing gear to a dual motor system.

From the video, it looks like your landing gear was made by Venture Mfg. While new landing gear is generally available from Amazon, the landing gear on our Carriage Cameo is unique to Carriage 5th wheels. The good news is that it was still available from Venture directly.
