Kitchen Slide Creak

I have a 2014 DRV Elite 38TKSB3. The kitchen slide now has a low rumbling creak that sounds like rubbing coming in the middle of the slide. It is pronounced when walking on either side of the peninsula counter. You can also activate it by pushing on the cabinet to the left of the stove. Creak also happens in a high wind.

Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this.
