Thank you for allowing me in.

I plan on lurking, reading, and learning. I'll try not to ask any questions that have been asked hundreds of times before. I know how to use "Search"

I had a truck camper for a while, didn't like it. We're going to give smaller 5th wheels a shot.

I'm retired from the USAF and the USPS, and my wife is retiring from the USPS soon. We plan on travelling all over the US and Canada.

Haven't bought anything yet, still doing a lot of research.

Research is the key--always check the owners forums on any brand/model you get really interested in, good to know what actual owners think of what they bought, good and bad.
Suggest you consider buying used first time to miss out on the horrendous depreciation associated with a new unit.
Lot of fun in the search/rv shows etc.
