Entry door assist handle

We have an entry door assist handle model number 86470 manufactured by ITC. The knobs that secure the handle in the open or closed positions have worn down on the parts attached to each end of the handle. Has anyone been able to purchase just these parts?

Have not had to purchase that part, but if you know the manufacturer and number of part...do some googling . I find all kinds of stuff that way. The company may even have a site . Be aware of those rv parts stores that keep coming up in your google...try quite a few and get pictures of part before deciding your part and call for price if they don't post one.
