Dryer Buzzing Noise

We have a new 2021 DRV JX450 with a Splendid washer/dryer. The dryer makes a loud buzzing noise when operating. Is this normal?

Not normal, but several people on other forums have mentioned 'squeals' 'squeeks' and other such noises. Ours is 4 years old and is noisy but not irritating. Last one we had in a '15 DRV was about the same--no where near as quiet as a residential unit.

That is not normal. Is your 50 amp hookup functioning?
Maybe one leg of the service is missing.

Thank you for the input. 50 amp service is working correctly. DRV advises we have a tech take a look at it. We'll see what happens.

I have had 2 of these both 120 v and both “buzzed “ when running. Not excessive and I was not worried about it

Trouble!

We have a new 2021 DRV JX450 with a Splendid washer/dryer. The dryer makes a loud buzzing noise when operating. Is this normal?

Our first Splendid dryer sounded like it had gravel in it and it lasted about 15 minutes, the replacement was kind of noisy but I hadn't owned one before so I didn't know what "normal" was. That one lasted til it was out of warranty "naturally". I bought another one on line and was shocked at how quiet it was and it lasted until we traded the camper off.

Pretty sure any noise is a bad sign.
