DRV dryer vent outside cover?

We have a 2017 memphis 44 and want to clean the dryer vent from the outside. Does anyone know how to remove the cover on the outside leading to the dryer vent?

We got a brush that would fit on a 4 ft. Flexible handle. You also can get at some from the inside.
