Cutting through Ontario

Hopefully, come August, we will be in Niagara Falls with our 5th wheel.
Are there any issues, tips, concerns, or words of advice if we decide on the return trip to cut through Ontario heading towards Detroit?

No.
Nothing till the border, except watch your speed. Limits in Canada are pretty low in general compared to the states.

We were just in Niagra Falls this past summer, and we didn't cut through. Based on the drive time difference, we figured that the border crossing was going to negate all or most of the shorter drive time - especially if you are carrying weapons or have pets with you.
