Considering selling

My DRV sits too high for me to safely enter and exit. And then there are the stairs to the bathroom. Not sure how to begin the process. At $150k retail 10 years ago, what’s it worth now? It has lots of upgrades, new equipment, and always garaged, unless on the road. Still looks new. Advice please, on how to begin.
