I have a new 2025 Cougar 320RDS and the bedroom slide failed. It is a Bal Exact slide system. It was repaired at the dealer under warranty, but when the slide is completely out the top of the slide is short of the gasket on the top of the camper looking at it from the inside by at least 1/2". The dealer is telling me this is normal, does anyone else have this camper that can confirm? I am afraid it is just not correct and is going to leak.
