My battery cutoff switch is located in the Level Up compartment. But where does it actually wire in to? I can find no schematics. My new LifePO4's get really hot at the circuit breaker to positive Magnum. So, I've been running down all wires and connections. The breaker gets blistering hot while charging, and trips the breaker. I've selected CC/CV as battery type on the ME RC and adjusted accordingly. Cannot figure out the hot breaker.

Hot means lots of current flow, and or more resistance through the circuit breaker than normal. Have you measured the amperage while charging? Maybe the conductors are not sized appropriately. I'm not familiar with the Magnum equipment but on my Progressive Dynamics PDPD9380 charger there is a specific setting for my lithium batteries.

Thank you, Dave. Yes, I am aware of the cause of hot wires and am tracing down everything. My Me-Rc does not have a Lithium setting and I am 'playing' with CC/CV setting. I have set input amperage from 80 amps down to, now, 30 amps. Not as hot, but still too hot. still working on it.

And now, more trouble. The trailer has been unplugged since bringing it back from c/world. Checked battery voltage yesterday and had 12.9. Just now checked and it's dead. Nothing is on to drain the batteries overnight. Nothing comes on and the ME-RC is showing fault. Per volt meter, batteries are dead. bypassed the autoformer, but no joy. I do not hear the Transfer Switch when I plug it in. Anyone offer advice on this?
