Hi everyone,

If anyone has an intact JX450 sliding glass door and could take a few close-up pictures, it could potentially solve the whole puzzle for me.

I recently purchased a used 2023 DRV Full House JX450. The interior sliding glass divider between the living area and garage is missing its surrounding aluminum frame and tracks.

I still have both original glass door panels, including the original aluminum sash, weatherstripping and tandem roller assemblies. I'm trying to identify the original door manufacturer and, ideally, locate replacement frame/track extrusions so I can rebuild the original door rather than replace the entire assembly.

My measurements are:

  • Finished opening: approximately 59" W × 76-3/4" H
  • Sliding panel: 30-1/4" W × 74-3/4" H
  • Fixed panel: 28-3/4" W × 74-3/4" H
  • Panel/sash thickness: approximately 1-1/8"
  • Sliding panel uses bottom-mounted adjustable tandem rollers
  • Roller wheels are 1" diameter concave steel wheels
The door appears very similar to a Lippert/LCI/Kinro 7500 Series sliding glass patio/divider door, possibly a 60" × 76" version, but I have not been able to confirm that yet.

Could another Full House JX450 owner help me?

If anyone owns a 2022, 2023, or 2024 JX450 with the original interior garage sliding glass door still installed, a few photos or measurements would be extremely helpful.

What I especially need is:

  1. A close-up photo of the bottom aluminum track/sill, preferably looking at the end/cross-section if possible.
  2. A close-up photo of the top aluminum header/track.
  3. A photo of the side jamb/frame.
  4. The approximate overall depth of the aluminum frame from the garage side to the living-area side.
  5. If possible, the spacing between the fixed glass panel and sliding glass panel.
Even placing a tape measure beside the track in the photos would be extremely helpful.

I am currently checking with Lippert and Trekwood to see if the original frame extrusions are still available. Some possible LCI/Kinro 7500 parts I've found are:

  • 708489 / RA07502-03 – top/header extrusion
  • 525187 – lower sliding track
  • 477241 / 75 INT JB FX – fixed-panel jamb/track
  • 429751 – 7500 Series roller housing
I can cut aluminum extrusions to the required lengths, so I'm primarily trying to identify the correct cross-sectional profiles and track geometry.

Thanks for any help,
Jeremy
