2022 Sprinter Limited 3590lft AC not getting the main cabin cool enough

The AC in the main compartment will only cool the inside down about 15 degrees or less than the outside air even under a canopy. I replaced the unit because I was told it was bad but no change. Anyone else had this happen and got it resolved.?
