2022 Sprinter Limited 3590lft AC not getting the main cabin cool enough

The AC in the main compartment will only cool the inside down about 15 degrees or less than the outside air even under a canopy. I replaced the unit because I was told it was bad but no change. Anyone else had this happen and got it resolved.?

Sounds about normal to me.

There's a reason why the big-bucks motorhomes have 3 or 4 AC units.

What 5th wheel brand and model is it? Also, what brand/btu size airconditioner is it?

So it's not a ducted system? If you can take off that plastic cover up on the roof unit(4 screws) then start the unit and listen for the compressor, is it running? There are 2 copper lines going to the compressor. The thin one should be hot but the much thicker one should be very cold. If not, then it might have leaked all the refrigerant out. At this point you might need an RV tech that knows refrigeration/airconditioning. Good luck!
