2nd ac hook up

Hi! We are looking to add a 2nd AC unit in the bedroom roof spot. Took the vent cover off and noticed no ducts but the wiring is there, I assume for circuit breaker. Looks like a wooden frame, also assuming the ducts are not behind somewhere? Looking at the pros and cons of going with a...
