Water Leaks

Friend has a 2005 36 TK3. Has started experiencing water leaks.

First was at rear next to entertainment center. Recaulked roof and caps.

Now still leaking at rear at entertainment center and also now at front of bedrom slide at closet.

All slide gaskets are soft and have been maintained with slide lubricant. Windows have been caulked.

Having a tech out in two days to attempt to find leaks. Any suggestions? He is considering trading for another brand.

Just asking, did he check the screws on the roof? We had some under slide in bedroom over torqued and had to caulk. Check light area also, every light; last 5th wheel had a tiny, tiny pin hole around a safety light on side of trailer, caused wall damage (took 7 of 10 yrs ownership to find leak). . But it only takes a pin hole to make somethink wet. Hope they find it soon and begin enjoying DT.
