Anyone lower the rear of their 4x4 dully?
Had a 2014 F-350 2wd dully that fit my MS just fine.
Just traded it for a 2017 F-350 4x4 dully and I knew it would be taller than the 14 2wd.
Has anyone replaced the rear spring blocks with 2" ones? Say on you tube where a guy had it done on his SRW Super Duty. Looked nice and dropped his bed just about 2".

On another DRV forum, chatter about Sulastic shackles that lower/smooth rear travel--might check into that website.

I went to that website but it seems like those are more for the harshness when it's empty. They don't lower the rear end of the truck.

A friend who is sort of into this said to look into the blocks for an F250, 15-18.

Apparently, according to talk on the FTE.com Ford site, several have success with them in both lowering and smoothing the ride.

Lowered my 2018 Chev Silverado 3500 DRW with shorter shackles/new keys for the front torsion bars by 2 inches both F&R. Don’t know if they make them for Fords. Ride is harsher by probably 60-70%, but sure beat the heck out of raising my 5th wheels, at least cost wise.

Don't know why by lowering yours the ride got harsher. Could it be you rear springs are on the overloads now?
I ordered 2" blocks for a F-250. Part # 6C3Z-5598-A.
Ordered from Tascaparts.com. Just under $71.00 total shipped to me. I'll post pictures when I get them installed.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to this post. Pictures before and after just don't show the difference. The spacers I used had to be modified to fit but they did drop the rear of my truck 2".
My son said that spacers for a F-550 should work without modifications. He has one at work and they are 2". My DRV sits level now hitched to my new to me 2017 F-350 4x4 dulley.
