Clearance Question

I know this is a difficult question to answer but here goes.

What is approximately the distance from the 5th wheel hitch front lip to the front of the trailer. Just an average, I know there are a million models but I just need an estimate.

I'm going down to the local RV dealer to measure some but I wanted input from you all.

Reason? I found a very good deal through a friend in New Mexico. He has a International 4900 with a sleeper unit behind the single cab. It was never finish so just a hull but in perfect condition.

There isn't a 5th wheel hitch on it, it was a flatbed but am I assuming right that the hitch would be centered on the rear single axle?

Thanks for any help.

Our front cap extends approx. 2' forward of the pin. To front edge of pin-box approx. 18".
Hitch would generally be placed so pin is 1-2" forward of single axle center. Likewise pin 1-2" forward of measured center(s) between twin screws.
