Exclamation cab to fifth wheel sensor turning

I have a short bed with a slider until now I have not had a problem, I dented cab and blew out the drivers side rear slider window, so now I needed a sensor but could not find anything being an old mechanic I started thinking, I'm going to put two backup activation switches one on each side of my hitch and adjust for my turn radius when slider forward and mount a beeper in cab. found switches for around $25.00- 35.00 on line and beepers are cheap. windows $900.00 body damage ? $900.00? When window blows it sounds like a gun.
