More Power

I need some advice, as to has anyone put a tuner or chip in to your Ford F-250 6.2 gas truck to gain more power or MPG? I have made a couple of trips after I bought 5er in Aug 2016, pulled 200 miles and got 9.9 MPG. Yes I know the diesel would do better, but I have to drive to work with same truck, and drive less than 5 miles, that start/stop would kill a diesel. Can you tell me who makes one for gas engines?
