This is my third order from them and they are excellent to deal with. My first order was about 3 years ago for a Coleman 13.5 AC unit and the control panel. The standard panel was out of stock so they shipped me a heat strip unit instead at no extra charge. The AC unit was here in Arizona in 2 days.
