Floor register replacement

Replaced old flooring with new tile.
Now DW wants the floor registers replaced
Some confusion on size (I think that's a "most men" problem)LOL
In any case, the old metal registers measure:

Inside: 9 3/4" X 2 1/8"
Outside 11 1/4" X 3 5/8"

Looking at replacing with oak

Am I looking for: 10" X 3",
12" X 4"
or something else that's just RV???

I know some of you have replaced flooring, so I'm sure someone has an answer.

And, bye the bye, Happy Mother's Day to all the Moms out there!
Maybe that's a reminder to some who "forgot" - It's tomorrow (May 11)

Wow, I see no one responded. We just replaced our floor registers and I ordered the 2 x 10 antique brass for my floor. We looked at the wood ones but they stick out of the floor about 1/2 inch and didn't want to stub toes on them. Hope you found what works.
