Air Conditioner problem

Need some advice on where to start to troubleshoot this issue. It's 90 degrees in Denver & our living room air conditioner won't come on. The bedroom AC is working. They were both working fine yesterday.
Nothing smells like it's burning.
Wondering if the air conditioner itself is the problem or could it be a problem with the campground electricity?
Is there a way to test if we're actually getting 50 amps at our pole?

Appreciate any advice you can offer regarding this issue!

Thanks

Cindy
