Insurance
Getting ready to buy insurance and got quotes from several. At this point National Interstate is the front runner for cost & coverage. Anyone have experience with them?

Yup, I had them for the last 3+ years. I am now with a company called Allied Insurance. They were 1/3 less than National Interstate for the exact same coverage. I also do not carry just the minimum, I carry additional insurance since the minimum usually is not enough when being sued for anything.
I got it through my insurance broker Farm and City INs. 800-331-1520. Talk to Trese Hallet, the RV Manager.

We have been insured with Nat'l Interstate for 4 or 5 years...we have had no claims.
We are again shopping for RV and Truck insurance...National is again the price leader. We deal with Explorer RV agency.

I'll only comment one way
"Beware - Price is not everything".
Look at the coverage and plan on being sued.
Choose carefully!

PONCH, so, who do you use?
Also, when I shop, I shop for coverage and then compare price. National Interstate offers the best value for the money. Progressive was about double price!! Allstate was cheap...including the coverage. Safeco was also on my list.

I was with progressive and saw through them, switched to farm and city and then purchased a $1,000,000.00 umbrella to cover everything above and beyond.
