First camping trip with our Cougar

Well this was our big Memorial Day camping trip of the year, and it was great. We used to have a Tent Trailer, which we won't talk about. First off, you couldn't even feel the 5er in the back of the truck, it was great. Camping was awesome, hardly any rocking when walking around the rig. The only problem is that there are a lot of little problems with our 5er. We noted about 16 just from this weekend alone. The dealership said they would look at everything, now we will see if any of it actually gets fixed. Here are a few of the problems:

We have a 1/2 time oven, and it sweats a lot, just from using the microwave. We had the vent open the whole time, so that should have helped.

sink is leaking a little bit onto the shelving below the cupboard.

the screen door is sticking when we try to open it. We have to lift up a little bit and then push or pull.

We have day/night shades, and some of the strings are really tight, so it's very hard to close the shades.

Does anyone else have similar problems with their Cougar? We have a 2004 278EFS.
