Is our truck enough?

We're in the process of purchasing a 2011 KZ Stoneridge 38SR. The spec's are GVWR 14000, UVW 11,390, Dry Hitch Wt 2110, Dry Axle Wt 928, NCC 2610.
KZ Stoneridge promotes that the 38CF (about the same spec's) as the 38SR is 3/4 ton towable.

MY TV is a 2010 F250 KR Crew Cab, 6.4 TD, short bed with a 12500 pound towing capacity, not sure what the 5th wheel tow weight is. It's just my wife an I that are traveling and we don't carry much crap at all and it will be at our RV resort a good part of the time, maybe one or two trips a year, still working. . .

I have no problem beefing up our suspension or going to a e or f rated tire to make sure we're all go. Not much I can do about the Dana 40, but I'm sure it should be fine.

I'm new to 5th wheels, so I would appreciate any experience advise prior to pulling the plug.

Thanks!
