15 to 30 amp converter

I've searched high and low for a 15 to 30 amp converter. Do they even exist. Seems
like easy technology to develop. I'm kind of an electrical dummy. Any converters like this out there on the market?

Are you asking about a 'converter' or just a cord that allows 20 amp to plug into 30 amp?
Or are you looking for a converter that outputs 20-30amps?

Not being an electrical expert, I think all converters will work off of 15 amp (regular house wall plugs) input and can output what ever amps the battery needs. Remember, the converter only supplies current to the batteries to charge/recharge them to operate the 12-volt side of the trailer system. The 120volt side of the trailer system is supplied thru the circuit breaker box and is separate from the 12volt system--it operates off of whatever amperage you are connected to: 15/30/50amp depending on how your trailer is equipped.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
