Bedroom slide

Short time back, I had to replace the teflon slide blocks on my BR slide, which I got done with great help from the guys here. Now, I have another problem--the slide is not centered in the opening, the front edge of the slide flange is rubbing on the cutout. The rear edge has too much space. What locates the BR slide front-to-rear when it moves in/out?
Thanks,
Joe

You MIGHT have the same problem that we did - a broken bolt. DRV doesn't install enough or strong enough bolts (at least on 2010 models and earlier as i understand it). If that is the case you will have to remove the metal angle iron piece under the bed, near the head of the bed. You will see the bolts. I had to jack up the slide and replaced the bolt. Then I added about 4 more. No problem now.

I will check for that, but seem to remember when I fixed the slide all was good with the framing/bolts under the bed.
Thanks,
Joe

bedroom slide

back in 2010 we had a problem with the bedroom slide coming loose...or rather the slide worked but the bed had come loose. Rodeworthy had fixed his 2007 but i do not remember the sizes of the bolts. our fix is not holding . does anyone know anything about his posting regarding this? Thank you, Cyndy
