Recessed Ceiling Lights

Can the bulb be replaced or does the whole unit need to be replaced?

Glass Fixtured Ceiling Lights

To remove the light fixture pull down on both sides and this will release the spring load to the ceiling.
To access the bulb ..the top of the fixture is seperated from the base by turning a quarter turn. Be careful as the fixture top is held together by two glass flanges on each side. ( breakable)
Replace with a JC10 10 watt halogen or 10 watt two pin halogen lamp made for computer desk lamps.
Reverse the process to remount.
Hope this helps.
The bulbs are expensive so handle with care.
