Dimming lights

A couple of weeks ago our lights started dimming then coming back bright. A friend told us that may indicate the inverter going bad. Is it?

I notice my 12v lights dim and brighten when the batteries go into different charging modes. Not often but from time to time. I don't notice 110 lights dimming anymore because my EMC will shut the whole system down if I have a spike or a drop in voltage..Unless its doing it a lot I don't think you need to worry about it.

I would check the specific gravity of your batteries too. Sometimes my charger does not start when I plug in and I need to reboot, aka unplug.
