I seem to remember this unit has a 'thermistor' mounted on the aluminum fins at back of fridge section? If so, you can move the gadget up or down to change what it senses, but can't remember which is colder, up or down. Whatever, move it to the other end of the fin it is on and see if that helps.

Thomas, I believe we all are curious, did you get it repaired and what was the solution? Thanks...

I have a 4 door Norcold in my new Jayco Pinnacle. Has any one heard of moving the thermistor on the fins on the back wall of the refrigerator section to cause the freezer to get colder. If I lower my setting it freezes things in the refrigerator. Hoping moving the thermistor will allow for a greater temperature difference between the refrigerator and freezer sections

Moving the thermistor can be done to change freezer settings. Forget whether up or down direction does what change...
