Bed Slide Needs Raising

I have a question about the bed slide on a 2004 36RS3. The slide seems to have dropped a little bit over the years and now is very tight at the bottom when it is closed all the way. It is so tight that the decorative corners on the outside bottom are bending outward and will soon crack. I have taken everything out from on top of the bed frame and see two large bolts in each outside corner, but those seem to be to level the bed inside unless they are threaded into the plate that's screwed to the wall. Is that where the slide is adjusted or do I need to remove the bottom sheet metal on the underside and adjust something in there?
Thanks for any help.
Ron

There are Teflon blocks the slide rides on along the under side on the bottom of the opening. Seen when slide is out from the outside under the slide edge. I think there are three. They can come loose and fold over or fall out.

If that is not the issue, there is an adjustment under the bed, the large nut on the end of the rod from the actuator, it adjusts the distance the slide comes in at the bottom. This may be where you need to look.

Bill, The teflon blocks are there. I'm not sure what you mean by the rod on the actuator. Are you referring to hydraulics? My MS has electric slides.
