No Water on hot side

There is no water coming out of the hot water side of any of the sinks or tub in the 2007 38RL3 Elite Suite.... Just like that nothing. I went out and emptied the 12 gallon hot water tank and flushed out the tank thinking something might be stopped up but after completely flushing the tank out still nothing until I turn the green valve on where the water panel is but I get water but no hot water and I can hear the gas heating the hot water tank and the electric is on. I'm at a loss, Please help. Thanks
