Shower door seal

My shower door seal is torn. Anyone know where you can get a new one or do I need to call the factory? If I have to call the factory does anyone have a point of contact?

Thanks,

Marty

I would first check with any dealer, I think the seal is pretty standard and just slips into a grove and then cut off what is not needed. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will jump in here to set me straight.

Don't tell anyone where you heard this but, visit your friendly neighbourhood Home Depot or Lowes and spend a bit of time loitering around the shower displays and if one of those seals should jump into your pocket well - - - :P

Kidding aside, I believe they are a standard item as RonS says and NOT unique to our showers.

Do you mean the seal that makes the door a major PITA to open...
On mine you have-ta give the door a full-on yak to ge it open.
I simply cut mine away.....

Cutting the seal away doesn't cause a leak on the floor?

No leak on the floor in my shower!
Of course I do make sure that the spray does not ever shoot directly at that un-covered door bottom.
Just regular shower use never causes a problem at all.
I know some may think otherwise, but I kid-you-not.

That seal was bugging me large, every opening & closing was a far from smooth process, it's fine now.
