Bigger tuck.....

I have been calling truck driving schools and DMV's all day trying to get an answer to the following questions. I have been told yes and no on all subjects. I am hoping someone can tell me the correct answer.

Do you need a CDL to drive a Semi pulling a rv for personal use only...? If so, do you have to pass a DOT physical in order to obtain this license....? I was told anything with air brakes requires the CDL. I was also told that the DOT physical is only required when you apply for a job at a trucking company and then only for insurance reasons.

Vehicle registration requirments for a truck and trailor of that size...? DOT requires anything over 26,000 pds to have an appointment tag on the tractor right ...? What about fuel taxes, like the truck drivers pay....? Do you have to stop at weight stations....? What are the tractor requirments to be classified as an RV...?

Thank you for any advise you can give.........
