What year is your DRV/
I have a window I'm trying to replace, it is a double pane of smoked glass. The outer pane is smoked tempered glass, I don't know about the inter pane. The window I have on order, shipping and installation is getting close to $1000.
The alternate would be a couple camera's. I have seem a couple back-up camera systems which would give multi views from one location or more. More expensive route would be a home security system. I would prefer the NVR system vs a DVR if your wanting picture detail.

Do you mean the graphics are across the windows or that they are are just tinted windows. If they are just tinted you will be fine, If the they have the graphics on them they can be removed easily.

Heat gun and razor blade should be fine. Even a decal eraser (automotive) for a drill would work well.

Use a hand held razor blade scraper that holds the razor blade. NOT a utility knife blade.

I would try it without a heat gun first.

Buy a box of blades (single edge) at your paint store, and use them with the scraper described earlier. Keep SHARP blades in the scraper.
