Fogged Windows

First off I want to say thank you to Gemstone, who posted about the windows. Now I did not have as good experience, but I still appreciate the forum and people who take time to give tell their experiences.
I called Auto Glass Boss and they agreed to come to my site in Yuma AZ to fix my foggy windows. All that Hehr replaced in 20l2 were fogged, so I was going to have 5 of them fixed at l00 dollars per window.
Now the owner did not come, but two of his workers. They said they had a better way now that included cutting the inside pane out without removing the entire window. However when they got started, the tool they were using would not cut the seal between the panes, so after trying for 30 minutes or more, they decided to take the entire window out. Unless I misunderstood the main guy, he said he had never removed the entire window before.
Anyway they removed the window, put it outside on saw horses and split the panes. While they were doing that, the main one, told me that the boss had called and they were coming to get his helper. He also said that he might be able to do one more window, but that without his helper he could not do any large windows. At this point I told him to just finish the one window and let that be all. He said that his boss would call me and they would come back to finish the job. However I never heard anything back from Auto Glass Boss. Really I did not expect too, as the two of them were there nearly 3 hours. This took place around February l0,2015, and it is now February 24, 20l5 and the window that they fixed is now starting to fog up. At this point, I am no longer in that area and we are heading East. I have not called Auto Glass as I do not expect anything other than if I bring it back they will do it again. I watched while they worked on this window and thought they were doing a good job, however I have now changed my mind.

Interesting report. Not a good result.
Thanks.
