HELP Switch Polarity problem

Hello all. First post, so thanks in advance. I have a 09 Saber that I just pulled out of storage and put on our lot. The slide switches and the switch for the jacks are now operating opposite. I push IN and the slides go OUT. I push EXT and the jacks go in ect.... The guy that owns the barn I keep it in said he had to charge the battery to operate the jacks to move it, other than that it everything worked fine when I parked it. One of the 30 amp breakers where blown also. I'm new to RVing so any help will be appreciated.
