Towing Capability

I have an 03 Dodge 3500 Cummins DRW 6spd w/3:73 rear end. The truck is rated at 11,500 , 21,500GCWR If I had the 4:10 it would be 23,000#. I'm looking at an Alpenlite Portfofino 36' , Dry actual wt is 13,120#, pin wt of 2689 and GCWR 16,000. Book says Dry 12,762 & pin wt of 2603.

Anyone towing with a truck like this and weights like this?

I am but with the 4:10. I did put 19.5 wheels and tires on it to give me a greater tire safety margin. I think it rides better with them as well. The truck does fine and I am quite happy with the performance, I seem to be able to out perform most others on the road but then they may be going slower on the hills on purpose
