Side patio

Saw some pictures recently of a patio installed on the side of a DRV. Could have been a Fullhouse, not sure. Would it be possible to install a side patio on a trailer that is not a toyhauler, if the floor plan had a “back door?”

I saw one on a medium length (about 28 feet) lightweight Forest River TT. It had two doors and when folded up the patio covered the main door. Suppose you could install differently as I like being able to get into ours for pit stops etc. Looked pretty cool when extended. About the size of a toy hauler back deck but on the side. Of course you would be SOL if there is a slide in the way.
