Changing out TV

Looking to replace our 2011 TV that works just fine with a smart TV. There is very little room to get to the mounting screws that attached it to the powered lift.
Has anyone upgraded their old TV.
Our old one is a Sony Bravia 40"
New 43" will fit just fine. I just can't figure out how to get the old one out.

use # 8 Robertson square drive screw driver to remove mounting screws.

Mike usually the TV in the main living area is removed by lifting from both ends (usually with a lot of force) and then pulling out again on the bottom and it comes away from the wall.

Yes mine is behind the fireplace on a motorized lift.
It's at the end of the kitchen slide.

This is how my Oct 2015 built RV, TV is mounted. I haven't had my removed on this RV but I would loosen the 2 screws, each side and lift it up and out. Then detach the wiring. Last step remove the mounting frame from the TV.
I had a 2010 Montana that had a lift problem that required the TV removal that was similar to this attachment.

(I love my cell phone camera for working tight spots. Better than a mirror when trying to explain something to your helper. Better than a magnifying glass to see the detail.)

TV mounting bracket (2).jpg
Problem with the previous post loading the picture. It seem I can login, type the message and then it will tell me I'm not logged in. Top right of the page says I'm logged in. Is there time limit?

I didn't think to look at the lift. I was just looking at the TV mount area. I'll take a new look.

mine has a different brand of lift but if you look over the tv from the top you can see the bolts that hold the tv mount to the lift pedestal. Remove the tv mount from the lift pedestal then remove the mount from the tv. put the old mount on the new tv then hang the mount back on the lift pedestal.

I replaced mine in a DRV with the elevator. What I did was I retracted the TV about half way down so I could see behind it from the top. There were 3 screws on top of the mount that I was able to take out and then the TV just picked up off.
