Kitchen sink faucet...

is so stiff it takes nearly two hands to move it from side to side. Anyone else having this happen?

Mine has been like that from day one. Its over the right hand sink (where I leave it). When water is required in the left sink, I remove the spray nozzle and hold it over the left sink. Its just one of the many compromises that comes with owning this rig.

ours is the same....when we went to the factory, they replaced it, but it's still the same way. I move it from time to time, but for the most part, it stays over the big sink.

We didn't have any trouble with our original one, but have replaced it with new one from Lowe's. It was too short & needed something better to help rinse dishes.....

Our faucet was stiff at first but loosened up quickly. It is about in need of replacement now and I'll get one from the hardware store. It's nothing RV specific so there is no need to be concerned about it. Just go and match up the size and hole pattern with one from the store.

Nice to know we're not alone on this one, lol We will probably do the same, just replace it with one from Home Depot whenever we get around to it. I've never had to use two hands to move a kitchen facuet beore!

My factory installed faucet turns easily but the only problem I have is the lack of water pressure thru it. I cannot seem to find any restrictor plates within faucet and have good pressure at bathroom.

faucet

Ron, ours is the same, and so was our 2000 Avion. I think that it is done to reduce water flow so the grey tank does not fill too quickly. And, I can't find any restriction either.

Ours moves easily and find no water restriction issues. I have also recently removed the screens.

My kitchen faucet also became extremely stiff and would not move side to side without theentire thing to twist in the siink. Eventually it started to leak.

I found a Moen model at Lowes that is exactly like the original but is of better quality. After a month in desert water it still works easily. $165 at Lowes.
